Check out The Career Curator’s article, and honestly evaluate whether you are exhibiting any of the signs of Toxic Productivity. If you are, The Career Curator offers some great tips to prevent it. You’ll definitely want to perform an analysis of how you’re spending your time, and how important and urgent these tasks are (see our post on the Time Management Matrix) to see if there is anything you might be able to let go of.
While I’m all about sharing tools and knowledge to help you organize and simplify your life which will hopefully lead to you being more efficient, effective, and productive, this should not be pursued to the detriment of your well-being. My goal is to help this community live healthy, happy, and balanced lives.
